EBI Consulting is seeking a Marketing Technology Specialist to manage our marketing technology, ensure data accuracy and integration, and implement marketing automation campaigns. The ideal candidate should be passionate about marketing technology and possess a strong understanding of marketing automation tools. This is a full-time salaried position. The ideal candidate will be based near our Burlington, MA corporate headquarters (the Greater Boston area) and excited about a hybrid work environment. This is an early-career position and is budgeted as such.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Manage and maintain our marketing technology, including but not limited to marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and analytics tools
· Ensure data accuracy and integration across all marketing technology platforms
· Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns, including lead nurturing, lead scoring, and customer lifecycle campaigns
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure that marketing automation campaigns align with business objectives and goals
· Monitor and report on the performance of marketing automation campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement
· Revise and maintain EBI’s Website
· Stay up-to-date with the latest marketing technology trends, tools, and best practices
· Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners as needed
Qualifications and Capabilities
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, computer science, or a related field
· 2-5 years of proven experience as a Marketing Technical Specialist or similar role
· Strong understanding of marketing automation platforms, such as Pardot, and Salesforce
· Experience with data integration and data management best practices
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions
· Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills
