IntegrityPro Consulting is seeking a driven and results-oriented Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join our growing team. As an SDR at IntegrityPro, you’ll play a pivotal role in our mission to help customers streamline operations, enhance compliance, and embrace digital transformation with ServiceNow.
Key Responsibilities:
• Proactively identify, research, and qualify potential leads within federal agencies, focusing on key domains such as Federal Financials, Civilian Health, and the Department of Defense (DoD).
• Conduct outreach through cold calls, personalized emails, and networking on platforms like LinkedIn to generate new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop and execute effective outreach strategies aligned with company goals.
• Schedule meetings and product demonstrations for senior sales representatives, ensuring seamless transitions and clear client communication.
• Leverage CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) to log activities, track progress, and manage the lead pipeline efficiently.
• Stay informed about ServiceNow solutions, industry trends, and federal agency-specific requirements to tailor messaging and identify pain points.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly metrics, including cold calls, emails, meetings booked, and qualified leads.
Minimum Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with an ability to convey technical concepts in simple terms.
• Highly organized with proven multitasking and time management abilities.
• Self-starter with a proactive approach to identifying and creating opportunities.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Knowledge of the federal government procurement process and IT service needs.
• Familiarity with ServiceNow solutions and their application in federal agencies.
• Experience using outreach tools and platforms like cold email templates, talk tracks, and engagement analytics.

Compensation Package:
• Base Salary: $60,000
• Commission: $200 per meeting booked, $3,000 for deals closed.
• Additional performance bonuses.
