Entry Level Agency Recruiter/Sales Associate:
- $70k-75k OTE year 1, $101k OTE year 2, $151k year 3
- Sales experience or internship preferred
- No Life Science experience needed

- Engaging in business development activities – building out your own client base, lead generation, and account management
- With hands-on support, you will source multiple candidates utilizing cold calls, our CRM database, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, referrals, and more
- Through your daily activities, your goal is to grow your network and pipeline through sales outreach practices and strategies
- Building rapport with candidates and clients, asking the right questions to better sell your services and clients into your network
- This is a more holistic take on sales however you are still working towards metrics and targets. You see results, successes, and growth from the hard work you’re putting in daily

What is the role of an entry-level recruiter/sales associate?
- Working in a face-paced role in which you will be interacting with numerous hiring managers, assisting them with their staffing needs
- Source multiple candidates utilizing cold calls, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Adverts, and referrals
- Become an expert in the Life Sciences industry while becoming a matchmaker for clients and candidates for open positions.
- Delivering a superb candidate experience that begins with the initial phone call all the way through delivering and closing the offer
- Acting as a representative on behalf of Meet and our global clients in order to attract and maintain the best talent in the industry
- Using social media, networking events, job adverts, headhunting and referrals to uncover high-quality candidates to fill live roles
Compensation, Benefits, and Incentives:
Meet offers a base salary of $50,000 with unlimited earning potential through our non-threshold and uncapped commission structure. After your first 3 self-sourced deals (your own client and your own candidate), you will receive a promotion and a $5k pay increase (average promotion time is 9 months). First Year OTE $70k-$75k. Second year OTE $101k. Third year OTE $151k. Additional benefits include:
