Responsibilities – Your Playbook!
As a Program Coach, you will:
- 🗣️ Be a great communicator, syncing up with your Program Director and fellow Coaches.
- 📅 Assist with program planning and implementation.
- 🛠️ Help set up equipment and ensure the programs run smoothly
- 🏀 Lead instruction with a group of participants, creating a fun and dynamic experience.
- 🌟 Cultivate a positive environment for all participants.
Work Schedule – Where Fun Meets Function!
- ☀️ Summer Camp Season: Dive into one or more camp formats Monday through Friday, 9 am-12 pm, 1-4 pm, or 9 am-3 pm.
- 🌬️ Winter/Spring/Fall Seasons: Multiple classes held afternoons, evenings, and weekends (once per week, 4-8 weeks).

- 🎓 Desire to build experience in youth development and teaching sports.

- 🤸 Multi-sport background (preferred but not required).
- 🧒 Some experience working with kids (preferred but not required).
- 🏀 Some experience coaching youth sports (preferred but not required).
