Who We Are
We’re the VNYL family of brands, home to Vinyl Me, Please, VNYL, and Vinylbox, three music-forward brands dedicated to bringing the vinyl listening experience to fans across the country. Our St. Louis warehouse is the operational heartbeat of everything we ship, and we’re looking for two people to help us keep it running right.
The Opportunity
This isn’t a babysit-you-all-day kind of job. We’re a small team and we need people who can show up, take ownership, and operate independently. If you’re the type who takes pride in doing things the right way, even when no one’s watching, you’ll fit right in.
Beyond the day-to-day, this is a real look inside how a DTC subscription company operates. You’ll gain hands-on experience in warehouse and logistics operations and have exposure to executive leadership. It’s the kind of behind-the-scenes experience that looks great on a resume and teaches you things you won’t learn in a classroom.
No experience required. We’ll train you. Just bring the attitude. And the ability to lift heavy objects.
And if you’re a music lover, you control the aux on your shift and you’ll be surrounded by literally thousands of records.
What You’ll Do
- Process customer and wholesale orders for our family of brands
- Receive and count in pallet shipments
- Conduct inventory counts and ingestion
- Break down cardboard and keep the warehouse clean and organized
- Operate a pallet jack (training provided)
Performance
You’ll be held accountable to clear, measurable KPIs including order accuracy, orders processed per shift, and inventory count accuracy. We keep it simple and fair.
Schedule
Monday, Wednesday & Friday | 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (~24 hrs/week, with some flexibility)
What We’re Looking For
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Self-starter who can manage their own workflow independently
- Basic critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Detail orientation is an absolute must.
- Ability to lift 40+ lb boxes regularly
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures (warehouse environment, not all areas are climate-controlled)
- Familiarity with Slack is a plus
