Quinnipiac University provides an engaging program in Gerontology. The program’s interdisciplinary approach provides an array of experience that encapsulates the bio-psychosocial model of aging. Through my studies at Quinnipiac, I have been able to double minor in Psychology and Healthcare Management. Additionally, the program provides amazing internship opportunities. Both of my internships at two different Senior Living Organizations have strengthened my professional knowledge and provided real life management and aging services experiences. Quinnipiac’s Gerontology program promotes a vast slate of career options and opportunities across countless industries which is one of the best features of the program.
