QUIP-RS (Quinnipiac University Interdisciplinary Program for Research & Scholarship) is a summer research program that enables students to work side-by-side with a faculty mentor for eight weeks this summer, while paying student and mentor stipends and funding for research materials.
A group of selected 12-15 students and their mentors conducts research projects with mentors and meet weekly with other fellows to discuss their work and participate in social activities. It is open to undergraduates, in all schools.
So, if you have a research idea, or are intrigued by research of one your professors, seriously consider diving into this exciting and rewarding program.
