Program Description
Dime’s Summer Internship Program spans 10 weeks, offering participants extensive exposure to different aspects of the company. This program provides Summer Interns with valuable guidance through mentorship, feedback, technical, and networking with business leaders and influencers.
Job Description
Looking for current college students! As a summer Intern, you will be placed into one of the three groups based on your specific skillset and interests. Although interns focus on the group they are placed into, they will have the opportunity to collaborate on projects outside of their business unit.
Groups:
Marketing
- Expand ambassador network
- Develop and execute marketing campaigns
- Create content for Dime’s social media platforms
Sales
- Generate and execute upon sales leads
- Participate in sales calls with clients
- Perform market research and drive sales growth
Business Development/Customer Experience
- Manage client relationships
- Perform tasks to develop the Dime ambassador/client portals
- Assist with Dime’s go-to-market strategy
To be considered for the Summer Internship Program, you must meet the following criteria
- Currently enrolled at college/university
- Minimum of 3.0 GPA
- Able to work a minimum of 10 hours per week
