CAS ADVISING RESOURCE GUIDE
This is a fillable worksheet designed to help students track their progress toward the 120-credit graduation requirement at Quinnipiac’s College of Arts and Sciences. It’s organized into two main parts:
1. University Curriculum (46 credits)
Breaks down the core requirements students need to complete, including:
- Foundations of Inquiry (FYS 101, EN 101/102, Math)
- Disciplinary Inquiry across Science, Humanities, Social Science, and Fine Arts
- Personal Inquiry I & II (additional breadth courses across those same four areas)
- An Integrative Capstone (CAS 420 or a department-specific capstone)
- An Intercultural Understanding requirement
2. College of Arts and Sciences Curriculum
Covers major/minor-specific requirements, including a Modern Language requirement (or exemption), with blank fields for students to fill in their major, minor, and course selections with their faculty advisor. It notes that double majors may waive certain outside-the-major requirements (except foreign language).
