LinkedIn: Skills Section

Use this section to enter all your skills. Unlike your resume, where it is usually best to confine listed skills to “hard” skills like language or technical skills, in LinkedIn you can also list “soft” skills like communication skills, leadership, etc. Put it all in here. You can edit the order the skills appear, which also impacts how you get endorsements (more on that in a moment). Be sure to make your top three skills (the ones you can “pin” at the top of the list) are the ones that might be most important to your target industry/job.
