Pre-Dental Designation Form (AY2020-21)

The Pre-Dental Studies Designation (“Pre-Dental Designation”) is designed for students who are planning on pursuing a DDS or DMD (not intended for students enrolled in QU’s entry-level professional track programs such as PA or OT). The Pre-Dental Designation is not a stand-alone program and is completed in addition to the student’s undergraduate degree and major. Application to dental school may require coursework outside of a specific major. The Pre-Dental Designation allows students to enroll in and track typical dental school course requirements. While the Pre-Dental Designation will cover most standard pre-requisite courses, requirements vary by school. Designation enrollees are responsible for checking their intended dental programs in advance of the AADSAS application process to determine if additional coursework is required.
