Position Overview
As a Membership Specialist at Power4 Pilates, you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current members, playing a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience that reflects our studio’s values of wellness, strength, and community. You will be responsible for greeting guests, answering questions, assisting with membership and class purchases, and ensuring that every interaction is professional, supportive, and engaging.
This role blends front desk operations with sales and client relationship building. The ideal candidate is passionate about health and fitness, thrives in a team environment, and is excited to help others find the right path to reach their goals through Pilates.

Schedule Requirements
Part-time hours based on studio needs
Must be available to work evenings and weekends
Key Responsibilities
- Greet members and guests with warmth and professionalism
- Assist members with bookings, memberships, invoices, and account-related questions
- Answer phones, respond to emails, and texts in a timely and courteous manner
- Promote studio services, membership packages, and private sessions
- Present membership and upgrade options, write up a new member agreement
- Support studio operations, including cleaning tasks and studio organization
- Communicate member feedback to the management team promptly
- Work in collaboration with instructors and studio management to ensure a seamless member and guest experience
- Maintain a clean and well-organized environment
- Participate in events, open houses, and community engagement efforts
- Provide support to management and the broader leadership team
Qualifications
- 1+ years of customer service experience (sales experience a plus)
- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude with genuine interest in health, fitness, and wellness
- Exceptional customer service skills; interacting positively and professionally with members and studio team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple priorities
- Previous fitness industry or member services experience is a plus
Work Environment & Physical Requirements
- Combination of desk work with physical movement, including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, and light cleaning
- Fast-paced studio setting with frequent client interaction
- Must be able to stay engaged and responsive throughout shift hours
- Ability to lift up to 25 pounds occasionally
Compensation & Benefits
Hourly pay range: $20 – $2.00 (based on experience and qualifications)
