At EARTH University, you can learn or improve your Spanish while also figuring out how to advance the sostenibilidad (sustainability) of our world. We’re not talking about sitting in a stuffy classroom all day, either. Here, we focus on active, hands-on, experiential learning to strengthen your education and propel social change. We offer a variety of programs, from language studies to internships – it’s easy to find the right one for you.

FAQ’s

Internships: Most global internships are not paid, they are for academic credit only.

Fees: Costs vary between $4,695 and $8,500, which includes the cost of 3 QU credits). Please check the information linked above for each program’s specific costs. Most costs do NOT include: airfare, insurance, meals. The programs offered by CEA do offer a $400 grant and waive the $95 application fee.

Dates: Late May – Late July, varying by site

Eligibility: Students must be a full-time student; must have completed 57 credits; have a GPA of 3.0 or higher.

ALL students MUST attend an information session before applying. Sessions are held at the beginning the spring semester. Check dates and times for the next session.

To receive CREDIT for your internship, CAS students should follow the directions for our CAR 295 course.
